1. Scope
These Terms govern the booking and provision of FFGR Normandy services: luxury chauffeur, concierge, executive security and IFGR training, throughout Normandy and via the FFGR Worldwide network.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Reservations are firm only upon written confirmation by FFGR Normandy. Last-minute requests (under 24 h) are subject to fleet availability. A 30 % deposit may be required for itineraries above €5,000.
3. Pricing
Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices include vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel and standard insurance. Tolls, parking, ferries, accommodation and meals are additional unless stated.
4. Payment
Wire transfer, secure card link or in-person card. Payment terms communicated at confirmation. Late payment incurs the legal interest rate plus a €40 lump sum (French Commercial Code).
5. Cancellation
- More than 72 h before service: free of charge.
- 24–72 h: 50 % of the total amount.
- Less than 24 h: 100 % of the total amount.
- For multi-day itineraries, specific terms apply per quotation.
6. Force Majeure
Strikes, weather, public emergency, government order or any event beyond reasonable control suspend obligations. Sums paid for non-rendered services are credited or refunded.
7. Conduct & Liability
Vehicles are non-smoking. Damage caused by passengers is invoiced at cost. FFGR Normandy holds professional and vehicle insurance compliant with French regulation. Maximum liability is capped at the value of the booking unless gross negligence.
8. Security Services
Close protection and security services are delivered by CNAPS-approved partners and operated in full compliance with French law. Use is reserved to clients with an established legitimate need.
9. Confidentiality
FFGR Normandy and its chauffeurs are bound by strict NDAs. Client identity, itineraries and conversations are confidential.
10. Disputes
French law applies. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is referred exclusively to the courts of Paris.
