Reservation data — name, email, phone, dates, itineraries, passenger count.
Communication data — content of WhatsApp, email and form messages.

3. Purposes

Process and confirm reservations and quotations.
Coordinate chauffeur, concierge, security and training services.
Comply with French Transport Code, CNAPS and tax obligations.
Improve our website and services (anonymised analytics with consent).

4. Legal Basis

Performance of contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c), legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) and consent for marketing (Art. 6.1.a).

Reservation data: 5 years from the last service. Accounting data: 10 years. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Web logs: 12 months.

6. Recipients

Strictly limited to: FFGR Normandy team, FFGR Worldwide network for cross-border service, regulated payment providers, IT hosting (EU-based), and judicial authorities upon legal request. Your data is never sold.

7. International Transfers

Data is stored within the European Economic Area. Any transfer outside the EEA is governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
